Players are residents of the town in which the team’s home field is located.
OR players are residents of the district in which the team’s home field is located. Players must also be residents of a town in which no CJSA classic competition team exists in the player’s recognized age division during the current playing season.
OR player is one of not more than two players, not provided for by Subsection 1 or Subsection 2.
